Location: Located 2 levels above the bottom of /Dungeon/The Dungeons of Doom (typically levels 22 to 24).
Situated just above the Underground Castle, the Minotaur Maze is designed to drain the player's resources before the mid-game finale.
Characteristics
- Layout: A dense, sprawling maze with no standard rooms. The walls are solid rock.
- Inhabitants: As the name suggests, the level is heavily populated by minotaurs.
- Traps: Riddled with hidden traps, particularly teleport traps that disorient the player and drop them into groups of enemies.
The Threat of Minotaurs
Minotaurs are some of the most dangerous melee enemies in the game. They dual-wield weapons, move incredibly fast, and hit hard enough to kill unprepared characters in a single turn.
